Luc Steuns is currently the Head of Strategy and Sustainability at Cepsa, a leading company in the energy transition in Europe. Cepsa's Positive Motion Strategy centers on ambitious decarbonization goals, including large-scale clean energy projects in hydrogen and biofuels.

Before joining Cepsa, Luc worked at Shell for fifteen years, where he held various senior finance roles in the Renewables business and M&A.

Luc holds an Executive MBA from INSEAD and is a CFA charter holder
