Jerusalem has been working as a consultant for over 15 years, specializing in the field commonly known as "intangibles," with a strong focus on sustainability and corporate reputation. These areas have become crucial in determining the success and value of companies in today's world.

As a partner at KPMG, she guides organizations in their journey towards adapting to future challenges, building and safeguarding their reputation, and implementing sustainable changes in their business models, governance, and management practices.

Her expertise and contributions have been recognized by prestigious organizations. In 2018, she was selected as one of the national leaders of innovation and circular economy by the Advanced Leadership Foundation. In 2019, she was chosen to participate in the "W50 Preparing our Women Board members of Tomorrow" program at UCLA (USA). In 2020, she was invited to join the Stakeholders Group on Sustainable Finance by the European Commission. Additionally, in 2022, she completed the Executive Certificate in Advancing Sustainability from the University of New York.

Apart from her consulting work, she also shares her knowledge and experiences as a faculty member at various universities and business schools. Furthermore, she is an accredited trainer for the EFFAS Certified ESG Analyst (CESGA) certification, contributing to the development of professionals in the field.
