Catherine leads the ESG Development team at Telefonica.  Her remit includes Responsible business, Diversity & Inclusion and Stakeholder Engagement. Her priority is to attract ESG oriented capital - understanding investor demands, stretching commitments and raising awareness of Telefonica’s credentials.

Catherine has worked for Telefonica for over 20 years. Before joining the sustainability team, Catherine worked in M&A, B2B and Corporate Strategy, where she managed the Group’s spectrum auctions. Previously to Telefonica, Catherine worked for Daimler Chrysler in Germany and Holland and with the World Bank in Washington DC.

Catherine has a BA in European Business, a Diplom Betriebswirt (ESB Reutlingen FH) and a Masters in Finance from the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid.
