Alberto holds a PhD in Economics and Business from Comillas Pontifical University, an MBA from IE Business School, and a Law Degree from Comillas Pontifical University ICAI_ICADE.

Currently, he serves as a Senior Advisor at EY and ATREVIA. He is also an advisor to the Boards of Directors of Pascual and Cosentino Corporation.

In academia, Alberto is an associate professor at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Navarra. He is also the executive director of the Master in People Management in Organizations (MDPO). Additionally, he has served as a visiting professor at IESE and the University of Piura in Peru.

With nearly three decades of experience, Alberto has held executive and senior management positions at renowned companies such as Telefónica, Banco Santander, Banesto, and CEPSA. His areas of expertise encompass Sustainability/CSR, Reputation, Brand/Corporate Identity, Organization, and Corporate Culture.

Alberto’s contributions to the field of sustainability are noteworthy. He is the Founder and Chairman of DIRSE (Spanish Association of Sustainability Managers, ASG) and has been a member of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Stakeholder Council. Furthermore, he has shared his knowledge as a professor at IE Business School.
